Can I customize my order?
Yes, we offer custom branding options (subject to a minimum order quantity). Branding & personalization can be done on individual hamper elements, notecards, as well as packaging - custom printed boxes, sleeves, ribbons, etc. Please note that this involves additional costs.
What is the process for placing a custom or bulk order?

- Design Sampling – We share design samples for your review and approval and finalize all details with you.
- Delivery – We deliver your completed order to your chosen location in India.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India through multiple courier and transportation partners. Shipping fees are charged separately and are not included in product pricing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, all international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do you ensure the safety of the products during shipping?
All our products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not liable for any damages that occur after the package has been delivered.
Can I include my own branding or logo on the products?
Yes, we offer custom branding but there are certain costs and MOQs for it.
What are your payment terms?
A 70% deposit is required at the time of placing the order, and the remaining 30% is due before shipping. Payment timelines and details are confirmed during the order process.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Timelines depend on the level of customization, quantity, and delivery location. Estimated timelines will be shared during the consultation and finalization stages.
Can I get samples before finalizing the order?
Yes, once you’ve chosen your preferred options, we provide design samples for your review before final production. For physical samples there will be a cost associated.
